How to Add and Manage Items on SufiBite
Managing your restaurant’s menu online is simple with SufiBite. Whether you want to add new dishes, edit prices, or organize categories, SufiBite’s item management tools make it quick and easy. In this guide, we’ll show you how to add and manage items step-by-step.
Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard

Visit SufiBite.com and log in to your account.

Once logged in, go to the Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to Item Management

From the left-hand menu, select Items Management.

Click on Items under this section.
Step 3: Add a New Item

Click the Add Item button at the top-right corner.

A form will open where you can add details about the item.
Step 4: Fill in Item Details

Upload an Image: Add a picture of the item by clicking Choose File.

Status: Select if the item is Active or Inactive.

Price: Add the Current Price and, if needed, the Previous Price.

Title: Enter the name of the dish.

Category & Subcategory: Choose where the item will appear in the menu.

Summary: Write a short description of the item.

Description: Provide details like ingredients, portion size, or any extra information.
Step 5: Add Variations and Add-ons

Variations:

Click Add Variant for items with size or flavor options (e.g., Small, Medium, Large).

Enter details for each variation.

Add-ons:

Use Add Addon for extras like drinks, sauces, or toppings.

Name and price each add-on for easy selection.

Step 6: Submit the Item

After entering all the details, click the Submit button.

The item will be added to your menu instantly.
Step 7: Edit or Update Items

Go back to Items Management.

Click on the item you want to edit.

Update prices, images, or descriptions as needed.

Hit Save Changes to update.
Step 8: Organize Categories and Taxes

Go to Category & Tax under Items Management.

Create categories like Starters, Main Course, Desserts to organize your menu.

Add tax percentages if needed.
